Oh my head hurts! These KB people are dug deeper than a tick on a hound dog when it comes to change... I think they spell it like this;
“T-o-r-t-u-r-e!” Holy smokes… You’d think I was selling beepers door to door along with their comeback story. Remember when the internet was “just a fad”? Folks thought shopping online would never replace flipping through a catalog. Well, here we are—history’s knocking again. In the next decade, 20 to 30 million single family homes are changing hands to Millennials and Gen Z. Spoiler: They already have different needs in the way they want to shop. Plus, they won’t wait around for you to figure it out. If you’re not anticipating their AI-driven expectations, you’ll be that fax machine of the future. So, let’s get ahead—know your customer, or they’ll find someone who does.
Here are my very short smartass remarks about that word “anticipating.” The first part means, “looking ahead and having a sense of what is coming before it arrives.” What have you done so far to help add some clarity about the future? If you are not digging in now to get a better understanding of what’s out there, then you’re sure as shooting going to lack vision on how things are going to play out. Second, it’s also preparing in advance- (WTF?) to meet the future needs of your team and customers.
